★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nigerian embassy in The Hague has to improve, particularly the services based on my experience and from other people who have visited the place. The receptionist I spoke with on phone was not all that friendly and I have heard the same from some people who had one thing or the other to do at the embassy. Good client orientation is important for every Nigerian to feel at home at the embassy.

One can spend between two to three hours for Visa and Passport issues.You can either pick up your Visa or Passport on the same day or in a Month time. They offered free hot Chocolate or coffee. It is commendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was okay, although highly unwelcoming and unprofessional from some staffs(especially some female staff). The service delivery needs urgent improvement interms of having more than one capturing polls as having only one capturing poll really slowed down the process.
