apparently they don't even have an email address for every department.
so calling is the only option with waiting times for 30 minutes mostly.
Bad opening hours. only 4 hours open?

their employees are so bad behaved that there is no word for it. Iam seriously wondering if they are even educated to be working there. It feels like they was living in a farm and they got transferred to the embassy to work.
