Het is al moeilijk om met een ziek kindje snachts bij de dokter te moeten komen, als je dan ook nog onbeschoft te woord staat dat maakt de situatie alleen maar erger. Vriendelijk zijn kost niks en zou fijn zijn, zeker bij een apotheek. Plus, fouten maken tijdens het controleren van medicatie dat kan gewoon niet. Ik moest zelf aangeven dat mijn kind al andere medicatie gebruikt, waarom wordt daar niet naar gevraagd? Dat is toch bizar? Het staat in het systeem, maar mevrouw wist niet waar ik het over had. Nogmaals aangegeven, maar ze had andere medicatie naam in haar hoofd! Nogmaals gevraagd “hoe kan ik deze medicatie gebruiken en is het wel handig dat het met andere medicatie gebruikt kan worden”. Dan pas ging het belletje rinkelen, dat kan absoluut niet en alsnog had mevrouw geen zin om uit te leggen en ze keek mij heel raar aan van je hoort dit weten! Ik vraag mij af hoeveel mensen hier weg zijn gegaan met het verkeerd advies/ medicatie op basis van deze onkunde. Als je geen zin hebt in je huidige baan, zoek lekker een ander functie waar je niet hoeft te focussen en nauwkeurig moet zijn! When it was my turn, madam pretended I was coming for fun. Again indicated, but she had another drug name in her head! Again asked “how can I use this medication and is it useful that it can be used with other medication”. Only then did the bell ring, that is absolutely not possible and yet Mrs. did not feel like explaining and she looked at me very strangely from you hear this! I wonder how many people have left here with the wrong advice/medication based on this ignorance. If you don't feel like your current job, find another position where you don't have to focus and be precise!
