“Een praatje is vaak een welkome afleiding voor de patiënt. Even iemand aandacht geven is zo waardevol. Een patiënt verwoordde het mooi: ‘Je haalt me even uit mijn bubbel van het ziekenhuis en het ziekzijn’.” Dat vertelt student Verpleegkunde Maren van Drumpt. Samen met medestudenten voerde zij onderzoek uit in een van de Zorg Innovatie Communities (ZIC) van het HagaZiekenhuis.

โ โ โ โ โ If you are not dutch don't expect anything. They will send you bills exclusively in their language, and you, not speaking dutch, will have to pay the +48.40โฌ each week because of that !
The service is good but the administration is a shame.

โ โ โ โ โ My daughter wasn't feeling well, during weekend and need urgent medication. I called smash, My wife has to explain all story to the reception, she then transfered the line to another female doctor, then My wife has to explain all story to her. Then this lady doctor transferred the call to another lady doctor and again my wife has to explain all story to this 2nd doctor.
So finally my wife narrated the situation to 4 female doctor including the receptionist.
And at the end nothing work out and we got another telephone number
We call the new number and we are waiting on a call list on 18th number.
We all pay huge amount of money to health insurance every month. Only to this stupidity
