I had practically flipped my life upside down; leaving a longterm relationship, a full-time job and more to follow my dreams of running my own business. I was excited but also feeling scared, overwhelmed, out of control and a bit paralyzed by what felt like the endless “options” life was presenting me with. I always felt like I had a 100 things to do but often lacked the motivation or focus to tackle any of them. Emma quickly dived in, asking the right questions and helped me get clarity of my values, what is important to me in various aspects of my life and what my “why” truly is. She’s unlike other coaches I have worked with in the past in that she also looks at who are you as a person and what emotions or underlying beliefs/issues may be stopping you from living the life you want. I am so grateful to have found Emma as she’s encouraged and inspired me to be more confident in myself, to really follow my dreams and wake up with a stronger sense of my “why” every day. I highly suggest working with Emma, you won’t regret it!
