Too little parking space for a train station, you could tear down the old yellow building and build decent parking spaces, but now that's the city of Emmerich spending millions on nonsensical measures ....

Very convenient free parking if you want to travel further into Germany early on Sunday by train, in the Netherlands hardly a train runs for around 8 hours.
