★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door zijn humor en eerlijkheid is het altijd gezellig om af te spreken met Joop. Het logo en visitekaartje was zó ontworpen doordat Joop heel duidelijk aangeeft hoe hij het ziet! Omdat Joop een gevoelsmens is, kan hij zich ook goed inleven in de klant tijdens zijn klantgesprekken.
 Because of his humor and honesty it is always nice to meet with Joop. The logo and business card was designed in such a way that Joop clearly indicates how he sees it! Because Joop is an emotional person, he can also empathize with the customer during his customer interviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joop wist me vanuit de Kolbe test details over mijn persoonlijke aanpak te vertellen die stuk voor stuk klopten. Door de duidelijke beschrijving kreeg ik een verhelderend zicht op welke keuzes ik kan maken om een werkwijze te bereiken die mij energie geeft. Bovendien toont het rapport ook heel duidelijk een aantal activiteiten waarvoor het handiger is als ik iemand inzet die sterk is op andere vlakken, en Joop heeft dit heel praktisch aangevuld met specifieke voorbeelden voor mijn situatie.
Vanuit zijn warme persoonlijkheid wist Joop het gesprek aangenaam, zakelijk en veilig tegelijkertijd te houden, waarbij we soms behoorlijk diep op (voor mij lastige) persoonlijke details ingingen. Absoluut een aanrader.
Joop was able to tell me details about my personal approach from the Kolbe test, which were all correct. The clear description gave me an insightful insight into which choices I can make to achieve a working method that gives me energy. Moreover, the report also very clearly shows a number of activities for which it is more useful if I use someone who is strong in other areas, and Joop has supplemented this very practically with specific examples for my situation.
Based on his warm personality, Joop was able to keep the conversation pleasant, businesslike and safe at the same time, whereby we sometimes went deeply into (for me difficult) personal details. Definitely a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very useful to find out what my MO is because it was both a confirmation of what I had always thought about myself, but it also made it clearer due to the colorful diagrams and the precise and simple, yet meaningful explanations therein. Since I took the test, I find it easier to organize the day and understand myself better when I might get frustrated over a particular task or conversation, for example. The personalized tips are also very useful as they provide a nice overview and they somehow communicate in a gentle way the do's and don'ts, playing on your conative mind. It does feel truly natural and you know immediately that's who you are when you get the results... just that you were not able before to express it so neatly and comprehensive. It just so happens that I have the perfect job according to the results and I guess that makes sense as I feel very happy with my current job. I could see though how taking this test - especially if you are not sure what the best job for you should be - it could help you take an informed decision. I think you would read job descriptions differently and would know what questions to ask during a job interview, questions that would make you decide upon a job that matches you. After all... we spend most of our lives working, right? We might as well choose a job that matches our conative brain so we can go to work feeling fulfilled. I believe that Kolbe can help know yourself a bit better and I recommend taking the test, for sure. Enjoy! And thank you, Joop!
