Al vanaf het eerste contact met mevr. Lanser was zij kordaat en deskundig. Met tips en raadgeving kreeg ik direct de opdracht alle bescheiden te ordenen en een administratie op te zetten. Daarnaast werden er direct afspraken gemaakt over vervolgbezoeken.
Ik heb inmiddels mijn gehele financiële administratie goed op orde. Post geeft geen verrassingen meer. na de periode van de schuldhulp verlening zal ik niet meer terugvallen in die oude situatie.
Naast de tips en raadgevingen van mevr. Lanser was zij ook de juiste persoon om mij net dat zetje te geven om over mijn schuldgevoel heen te stappen en actie te ondernemen.
