Unreachable!! Terminated a contract with them and paid a lot of money and they are still sending emails to me even though I sent them an email via Klantenservice to stop contacting me. No reaction from their side... in the last one they even send me that I have to pay 109€ out of nowhere, for what??? I am not even living in the Netherlands anymore...

When my contract finished, EnergieDirect stole 100€ from me. The facts: - Months before the end of the contract, I told them that I wanted to end it as soon as possible. - They replied saying that was not possible, that I would have to wait until the end of the contract. - In the meanwhile, I receive the yearly bill and with that an extra to pay. I payed that. That is ok, since I consumed more than what my monthly installments were during that year. - My contract ended on the 2nd of June, and on that exact same day I contacted them to finish it. - Got a reply saying the contract has ended. - Later on the same month, they still charged the monthly installment. - Since I had almost 100€ to receive, not only I did not receive them but they took some more money out of my bank account. - Have talked MULTIPLE times with customer service in Facebook and they are not willing to help. I've asked over and over again why they charged that first installment and they never answer directly and always avoid answering anything. - They keep saying that the new monthly installment is higher than the previous year because I consumed more than that during the year. That is absolutely missing the point, since I payed my year extra already anyway. The point is that they are charging me for a month that I didn't even had a contract anymore. For the record, I talked with Thijs and Wendy, before they stopped signing their name on their messages. I wonder why...

I have been using engiedirect for over half a year now. I have found them to be extremely good. The application is simple and easy to use. All the details are there. I also find that the customer care is excellent and they even helped to address my issues in English since I don’t know Dutch yet. They were quick to respond to any concerns and also guided me in terms of meter reading etc. all in all I have had an excellent experience with them. The added bonus that they are more environmentally friendly also helps. I would really recommend them as a service provider and can assure you that you have a great experience.
