Allerdings sollte man keinen Schadensfall haben. Denn dieser wird sehr langsam und umständlich bearbeitet.
Nach dieser Erfahrung und einigen anderen schlechten Erfahrungen habe ich meine Versicherungs Makler gewechselt. Meine Versicherung ist allerdings noch 2 Jahre an die Ergo gebunden und so habe ich auf Nachfrage zu einer Versicherung eine sehr befremdliche Antwort erhalten.
Vielleicht ist dies auch nur ein Einzelfall. Aber ich kann die Ergo Agentur so nicht weiterempfehlen.
The initial advice was great. You can not say that otherwise.
However, you should not have a claim. Because this is processed very slowly and cumbersome.
After this experience and some other bad experiences, I changed my insurance brokers. However, my insurance is still tied to the Ergo for two years and so I received a very strange answer when asked about insurance.
Maybe this is just an isolated case. But I can not recommend the Ergo agency.
