★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Psycho room was scary only a little bit; we had to do something twice to get key because the person watching us didn't notice the first time when we did the required action. We also found additional key that didn't fit anywhere because it was lost before.
In general, puzzles are good, but it would be more helpful and so, fun, if the watching person would suggest help instead of just stopping the event when you failed
*Reply: I cannot reply directly to owner's question, please write your email, so I could elaborate. Staff was friendly and fun, but one action was missed (don't want to spoil about it). Second, we would have preffered getting more help when stuck. It's only possible to get help when asked for it, I understand, but in my experience, the person watching should ask through speaker whether help is needed in order for us to have more fun instead of struggling back and forth.
