Dit alles is zeer professioneel uitgevoerd!! Pieter Remmers is betrouwbaar, professioneel en service gericht!! Uitstekende vakman!!
Once again very satisfied with the service of Pieter Remmers/ESR. Wash/dryer combination checked, so that it functions optimally again. Also installed a new (built-in) dishwasher. All this was done very professionally!! Pieter Remmers is reliable, professional and service oriented!! Excellent craftsman!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn 10-jaar oude wasmachine ging kapot. Ik kon heel makkelijk online een reparatie-afspraak maken waar vlot op werd gereageerd. Helaas bleek de oude wasmachine total loss. Die diagnose werd razendsnel en zonder flauwekul gemaakt. Zelfde avond per mail aantal opties voor nieuwe wasmachine ontvangen. Keuze gemaakt en die werd de volgende dag keurig thuis geleverd. Inclusief installatie en uitgebreide uitleg. Mijn oude wasmachine werd keurig afgevoerd. Bovendien werden de kosten voor de reparatie-afspraak van de dag ervoor afgetrokken van de prijs voor de nieuwe wasmachine! Ofwel: geweldige service. Zeer aanbevolen!
My 10-year-old washing machine broke down. I was able to easily make a repair appointment online, which was responded to quickly. Unfortunately, the old washing machine turned out to be a total loss. That diagnosis was made very quickly and without nonsense. Received a number of options for a new washing machine by email the same evening. Made a choice and it was delivered the very next day. Including installation and detailed explanation. My old washing machine was neatly disposed of. In addition, the cost for the repair appointment the day before was deducted from the price for the new washing machine! In other words: great service. Highly recommended!

Honest, professional and very clear communication (via phone, email, WhatsApp).
My combi-oven-microwave was broken, and needed to be replaced. He gave honest assessment and suggestion. I negotiated on the price of the new machine. Fair price, and receipt is very clear (no hidden costs whatsoever).
Then, after couple of days, the new machine was making noise. I called and texted him about the problem. He went to called the oven-company, and insisted them to provide a replacement oven.
They agreed, and a 2nd new replacement oven is now installed (without any extra charges)

Very competent repairman inspected the machine, could not find the fault, took it away and 2 working days later it was back with us, reinstalled and working fine. Reasonable cost. Would recommend this company to anyone.
