β β β β β Zeer onbeschoft en klantonvriendelijk personeel. Klanten worden hier afgesnauwd door zowel de vrouw die hier meestal werkt en de oudere heer (de βmanagerβ).
De winkel zelf is zeer smerig. Zo zit het glas van de balie vol beschadigingen en vlekken, smoezelig plakband overal en de gehele winkel oogt rommelig/slordig. Het ruikt ook erg muf in de winkel, het lijkt of er in het kantoor erachter wordt gerookt ofzo.
Ik belde een keer om te vragen naar een pakketje. Het was 5 minuten voor sluitingstijd. De vrouw snauwde me af, en zei letterlijk βik ga nu naar huis hoor, het is sluitingstijd. Bel morgen maarβ.
Bij het ophalen van een pakket heb ik 10 minuten moeten wachten, omdat mevrouw mij een pakket wou meegeven dat niet op mijn naam stond. De vrouw is vervolgens boos op mij, omdat ik haar zou ophouden in haar werk.
 Very rude and customer unfriendly staff. Customers here are snubbed by both the woman who usually works here and the older gentleman (the "manager").
The store itself is very dingy. For example, the glass of the counter is full of damage and stains, smudgy adhesive tape everywhere and the entire shop looks messy / untidy. It also smells very musty in the store, it looks like there is smoking in the office behind it or something.
I called once to ask for a package. It was 5 minutes before closing. The woman snapped at me, and literally said βI'm going home now, it's closing time. Call tomorrow β.
When picking up a package I had to wait 10 minutes, because Mrs. wanted to give me a package that was not in my name. The woman is then angry with me because I would delay her in her work.
