★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Sonntags, etwa 35 Minuten vor Feierabend, getankt und wurde an der Kasse 10 Minuten lang nicht bedient. Die Kassiererin putzte direkt vor mir die Theke. Auf meine freundliche Aufforderung, mich zu bedienen, weil ich noch 400 km fahren musste, kam nur die schroffe Bemerkung "Es ist bald Feierabend, und ich muss noch putzen". Nach meinem Hinweis, dass ich mit meinem Einkauf/Tanken ihr Gehalt bezahle, wurde ich widerstrebend bedient. Nie wieder Esso in Goch! Unglaulich. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!
I refueled on Sundays, around 35 minutes before work, and was not served at the cash register for 10 minutes. The cashier was cleaning the counter right in front of me. When I was kindly asked to help me because I still had to drive 400 km, only the harsh remark came, "It will soon be the end of work and I still have to clean". After I pointed out that I was paying her salary with my shopping / refueling, I was reluctantly served. Never again Esso in Goch! Incredible. One star is still too many!

Dan spekken we de Duitse staatskas maar je kunt het tenslotte maar 1x uitgeven.
