β β β β β Would really like to give extra stars but, to be honest, we didnΒ΄t eat anything beyond their original version of bitterballen, which was good. What did surprise was how, in days of sloppy, bad service in many places, here it was truly efficient, fast and friendly. Sometimes that's all you need.

β β β β β Really enjoyed my dinner here. The menu was unique, and I would definitely come back to try something else. The sloppy joe and cauliflower steak were both good, and not something I've ever been able to order in the Netherlands. Despite the covid situation, Ethica still felt cozy and welcoming. I'd recommend this restaurant, and think it's a great addition to the Hague's restaurant scene.
