★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De winkel zelf is prima qua aanbod. Maar mijn klacht is echter dat alle make-up is verwikkeld in 3 lagen plakband. Dit is nauwelijks eraf te krijgen zonder de make-up te beschadigen. Ik vind dit erg zonde, als je 16 euro betaald voor een ding die beschadigd wordt tijdens het uitpakken. Ik snap dat het is zodat mensen het product niet in de winkel als "tester" gebruiken, maar iets minder plakband is ook echt voldoende.
 The store itself is excellent in terms of supply. But my complaint is that all makeup is wrapped in 3 layers of tape. This can hardly be removed without damaging the makeup. I think this is a shame if you pay 16 euros for a thing that is damaged during unpacking. I understand that it is so that people do not use the product as a "tester" in the store, but a little less adhesive tape is really sufficient.

Quite a large etos, but you can only pay by card, which is very strange I just want to be able to choose!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Etos huismerk hand crème for my friend a few months ago which gave her a rash resulting into her going to the doctor and getting a crème for her rash. At this stage, I thought her skin was sensitive and didnt give much notice to it.
Then 3 weeks ago I bought an eyecream and a night cream by etos huismerk which gave me a rash all over my eyes. I saw online that if I was not satisfied with a product I could get money back at the store. When I went back with the receipt, the products and my story the staff said I could not get money back. Then they said that next time I should buy a more expensive brand. This seemed controversial coming from their own staff telling me not to buy their house brand! Anyway, very bad treatment considering that me and a friend had gotten a rash from their products and not even apologies are given but somehow it is my own fault for not spending more!
