★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had brunch there and the food is amazing! English breakfast is very good and it’s a generous portion, ingredients seems fresh. Pancakes were fluffy and tasty.
Staff is very friendly, we are definitely coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is lovely, but you can definitely see how they're bullied by their manager sometimes - a clear sign of disrespect. Such has been addressed here in the comments several times, but of course those responsible for the Breakfast Club decided not to reply (the e-mail I sent was also left on read!). I have witnessed a few scream shows from the manager, poor customer service, and continuous need to fit more and more people inside. It becomes an unpleasant experience for both workers and customers.
One thing I've noticed a few times in the past - I used to be a regular at Wibaut until I heard some stories from this and other locations - is that the staff sometimes is just sitting there, waiting to start their shift, and they're not allowed to start until told so by the manager? Is that legal? Are they even getting paid for that? Never really seemed like they knew they had to come in later - if this is the case, it's rather serious.
Anyways, food is good, recommend going when it's not busy otherwise you'll wait longer than you'd want. Coffee's tasty. 2 stars for the working environment tho (amazing staff, by the way!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Ceasars salad the representation was minimal and it didn't look tasty also didn't taste good, the chicken had zero flavor and for the price I paid 9,50 i expected something better. After I took a few bites I asked for something else for the same price and they wouldn't let me change it. So as a alternative I got this a white toast with tasteless chicken from the salad....
I also ordered a ice coffee and I asked for honey and the honey bottle was covered in ants ... first time never again...
The waitresses are nice tho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bf and I went to this Breakfast Club on a weekday morning. There were only few people inside. When we arrived at the Restaurant the staff members both just looked at us. After couple of seconds of awkward silence I asked if we can just chose a table and they said yes. Couple minutes later we were asked to change tables without a reason. The food was decent but actually looked better than it tasted. There was a slice of Avocado on the Restaurant floor for like 20 mins and my bf let one of the staff members know and without thanking him for it the staff member just said "Oh" and cleaned the floor up.
We've had breakfast at several places in Amsterdam and this one was the least welcoming of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good late brunch here. Definitely good for us with a starving tummy that they serve us the food immediately. The one that took the order and serve us was a good and cheerful waitress, but the other one that gave us the bill was a little bit off.

The omelette was well cooked like I requested and the amount is generous. However, the toppings I chose (tomato and mushrooms) were weirdly put on the side of the plate leaving the omelette itself plain. I expected them to be inside the omelette like everyone does. Might be my mistake that I didn’t emphasized on that. Just make sure you point that out to the waiter when you order (if it matters).
But coffee is good and the interior is awesome too.
