β β β β β Ietwat klein... Maar op een of andere manier hebben ze toch altijd wat ik nodig heb, dus heb niets te klagen. Alleen als het druk is kom je er haast niet doorheen. Gelukkig gebeurt dat niet vaak.

Helaas heeft deze etos niet altijd alles wat je zoekt.
Als er dingen in de aanbieding zijn, zijn die schappen vaak leeg helaas.
Ook bepaalde huis producten hebben ze helaas niet terwijl dit bij de andere etossen wel het geval zijn.
Verder is het personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

β β β β β Een leuke actie gevonden bij de make-up artikelen. Het artikel mocht weg tegen 50% korting. Bij de kassa aangekomen bleek dit niet zo te zijn volgens het systeem. Gewezen op het kaartje wat erbij stond wat dit toch echt duidelijk aangaf. Waarna de medewerkster aangaf dat dit niet meer gold en ik op het kaartje had moeten lezen dat het maar geldig was tot 30-8-21. Mind you dat het inmiddels 23-9 is en dat er nog steeds met de verouderde actie word geadverteerd toch echt niet mijn leesfout kan zijn!
Uiteindelijk omdat de verpakking niet netjes was bood zij toch aan het met de 50% korting aan te bieden, maar eerlijk gezegd is het niet netjes om zo de klant op de feiten te wijzen terwijl een actie van notabene vorige maand er toch echt uitgehaald had moeten wordenβ¦.
