β β β β β Ik moest iets hebben op Health gebied en werd zeer goed geadviseerd. Je kan zien dat hier veel ervaring rondloopt. De dames zijn erg deskundig en gediplomeerd. Deze Etos op Schiphol is waar een echte drogist voor staat. Plus het feit dat de winkel opgeruimd, netjes en overzichtelijk is. Echt een compliment voor deze zaak.
I needed something in the health field and was very well advised. You can see that there is a lot of experience around here. The ladies are very knowledgeable and qualified. This Etos at Schiphol is what a real drugstore stands for. Plus the fact that the store is tidy, neat and clear. A real compliment for this case.

β β β β β Very rude personnel. I went there to ask a medicine for cystitis. The lady just looked at my face without any answer or reaction. I showed the google translation in dutch and asked if she knows about it, again no reaction. Zero effort to help the customers.

β β β β β Unbelievably rude staff! And that too at the airport where they need most customer friendly and multi cultural staff..no sense of customer needs..doomed to fail in comparison to soft spoken staff at competitors like kruidvaat which has much better collection and reasonable prices.

β β β β β I would disagree with "rude personnel" comments but believe it depends on a day and a person. We stopped by because my son started feeling like he was getting a cold and a woman there explained to me the difference between two homeopatic pills. She checked if my son was old enough to take them. All conversations in English -) I ended up buying both.
And i was also surprised with a good selection of medicine there- we were looking for anticeptic the other day and Etos in Amstelveen did not help us a lot. It was a different picture at the airport. And they are open till 10pm good to know!
