★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't a great variety of books there. Mostly the top 10 of the month, both in English and Dutch, and lots of magazines. If you're looking for some specific book, you probably won't find. Well... I get it though, it's an airport book store after all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady at the counter was annoyed from the first moment I asked her for TOTO tickets. She messed up the tickets (not a problem as it could happen to anyone) but later her attitude got rude once I asked her to void the one that was duplicate. Her responses were not appropriate and she became rude and impatient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The AKO shop at Schiphol airport is quite a decent book and magazine shop. They also sell all kinds of sundry items such as office supplies, small gifts and candy. There is one on the landside in Schiphol Plaza and also at least one one the airside. My favourite stop to buy a new “airport book” to read on a long haul flight!
