2 of my friends did not manage to enter Fiesta Macumba in The Hague on last weekend because Eventix FORGOT to send me 2 tickets by e-mail. When contacted customer service that was their answer:
"Eventix cannot guarantee that 100% of the tickets arrive at the place of the buyer"
So you cannot guarantee the delivery of your own products? How pretty sad and unprofessional is that? Even worse is the way you "handled" it shifting the blame and responsibility to me. Very poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVENTIX TO ANYONE who praises a good service, professionalism and their own money. Very disappointing.
If I had the chance I would give no starts at all.
