★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij binnenkomst om 17:58 wilde ik graag nog een pakketje versturen. Dit pakketje moest wel nog in een doosje die ze bij de Primera verkopen. Bij het zien van de brief zegt de verkoopster eerst we zijn geen brievenbus, vervolgens zei ik maar het moet in een pakketje. Daarop zegt de verkoopster dat ze ook graag naar huis wil dus niet zit te wachten op klanten en al helemaal niet een pakketje. Begrijp dat het irritant is dat er een iets grotere vraag komt dan een pakje sigaretten twee minuten voor sluitingstijd, maar dan lijkt het me toch belangrijk dat klantvriendelijkheid boven je eigen ergenissen staat, principe klant is koning was ver te zoeken en het was bij binnenkomst officieel niet eens 18:00. Stel dat het 18:10 was en de verkoopster was vergeten de deur te sluiten is het nog anders. Heel jammer en niet nodig.
Upon arrival at 5:58 pm I wanted to send another package. This package still had to be in a box that they sell at Primera. Upon seeing the letter, the saleswoman says first we are not a mailbox, then I said but it should be in a package. The saleswoman then says that she also wants to go home, so she is not waiting for customers and certainly not a package. Understand that it is annoying that there is a slightly greater demand than a pack of cigarettes two minutes before closing time, but then it seems important to me that customer-friendliness is above your own annoyances, customer's principle was far away and it was officially on arrival not even 6:00 pm. Suppose it was 6:10 pm and the saleswoman had forgotten to close the door, it is still different. Very unfortunate and not necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grote stellage bijna met alle kerstkaarten bij elkaar. Flinke keuze en tenminste geen winkel die er helemaal voor omgegooid is. De normale dingen zijn ook nog heel goed bereikbaar.
Large rack almost with all Christmas cards together. Good choice and at least not a store that has been completely turned over for it. The normal things are also still very accessible.
