★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn geholpen door Bjorn, gekeken welke maat fiets hoort bij kleinzoon. Gelukkig stond er een stoere, precies zijn maat. Jongen blij, ik trots en zijn andere oma ook trots, tenslotte van haar gekregen. Echt een aanrader deze fietsenwinkel. Zeer persoonlijk.

 Nicely helped by Bjorn, checked which size bike belongs to grandson. Luckily there was a tough one, exactly his size. Boy happy, I proud and his other grandmother proud too, finally got it from her. Highly recommend this bike shop. Very personal.

EDIT: After a year, whenever I needed something, they repaired everything fast and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought them a Cortina U4 to replace the front tire. Took them days to replace it, and when I went there in the day we agreed upon, it wasn't ready yet. I had to go back there in the late afternoon. All this to find out that the tire was a cheap model, with the wrong color (the other tire was cream coloured, this was black), and the wrong size (not a cargo tire, just a simple thinner cheap city tire). The bike also makes a loud metallic noise that was not doing before. 43€. I have seen bad, but this is on a different scale. They treated my cortina as if it was any omafiets found in the garbage, and they didn't even inform me on what they would have done. Went to somebody else immediately to undone everything, of course. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, but a bit arrogant. Brought a Cube for maintenance and to unlock my back wheel (brakes and greasing). First reaction from them was a laugh that my bike is dirty (this is in the winter, mind you). Then rather fast service (1 day) for 35€, however my wheel and the brake are still locked, and the gears are not improved (not as smooth as I would like them). While they seem knowledgeable, they don't seem to perform what you ask for (communication barrier?).
