★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody Pilates is a great studio. The groups are small and because of this the instructors are able to give everybody the needed attention. The atmosphere is very welcoming and puts everybody in a good mood. Next to that the exercises (mat or equipment) are challenging but for starters not overwhelming. But the instructors keep challenging you when you get stronger! All in all the perfect workout studio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One year ago I got severe ache in my lower back, legs and feet. I have seen different hospitals and specialists without much recovery. Then I met Cindy and Catherine. Wauw. Cindy and Catherine really listen to me and help me in my recovery process. They are so experienced, kind and professional. Cindy taught me to listen to my body and to stay within my boundaries of movement. Now my core is getting stronger step by step and my back and leg pain is getting under control. I can sleep again without waking up from the pain every 5 minutes. If you have serious bodily aches and are looking for pain relief and at the same time wanting to build core stability, enjoying deep stretches and working towards a lean, strong and healthy body, then I really recommend Everybody Pilates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catherine is a gem of a teacher. I am one of her clients for some years and love to do pilates at her studio because of how caring and professional Catherine, as her instructors, are. The groups are left smalls so there is a LOT of individual attention. I liked especially the classes with Saskia and recently Karen as with their voice and rhytm they are able to let me relax after a very stressful working day. I like to note that during the pandemic, Catherine & team went to the greater lenght of yet providing lessons via skype, offerring as well some compensation at the time we returned to the studio. Great customer’s attention! I recommed Everybody Pilates without any hesitation!
