Toen wij 3 dagen voor vertrek er achter kwamen dat in onze Esta voor Amerika een kleine fout zat die toch voor problemen kon zorgen. Zij hebben toen alles gedaan samen met ons om dit zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. Super bedankt nogmaals. We are really very well helped by Evisa. When we found out 3 days before departure that there was a small mistake in our Esta for America that could still cause problems. They then did everything together with us to resolve this as quickly as possible. Thanks again.

Ik had namelijk het land van afgifte van mijn paspoort niet goed ingevuld. Na de opheldering van mijn kant hebben ze dit meteen voor mij aangepast en nu de goedkeuring al binnen. Zo fijn dat ze zo goed controleren! Made an ESTA application this morning. Shortly thereafter I received an e-mail that there were uncertainties. I had not entered the country of issue of my passport correctly. After clarification on my part, they immediately adjusted this for me and have already received approval. So nice that they check so well!

Ik bied mijn excuses dan ook aan temeer omdat er gelijk meerdere reacties kwamen van Evisa application services en hebben zij er alles aan gedaan om alsnog mijn Esta formulier te sturen, ook hebben zij mij telefonisch benaderd. Een groot compliment is dan ook op zijn plaats want mocht er ergens wat fout gaan, dan zullen zij er alles aan doen om het te herstellen. In mijn geval lag het gewoon aan mij. Nogmaals mijn complimenten voor de goede service. Ik zal zeker bij jullie terugkomen mocht ik opnieuw een Estaformulier nodig hebben. Hopelijk heb ik hier mijn fout recht gezet. With this I review my first assessment. When checking my emails I received an Esta approval on closer inspection. I apologize all the more because there were several responses from Evisa application services and they did everything to send my Esta form, they also contacted me by telephone. A big compliment is therefore appropriate because if something goes wrong somewhere, they will do everything they can to restore it. In my case it was just me. Once again my compliments for the good service. I will definitely come back to you if I need another Esta form. Hopefully I corrected my mistake here.
