 2nd hand cartridges themselves filled with a fake printed circuit board. Terrible. printer does not recognize patterns of this bizarre bad thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb hier een 80 W halogeen staaflampje besteld, maar ontving in plaats daarvan een 500 W exemplaar. Heb hierover telefonisch contact gehad met Edwin en er op aangedrongen alsnog het juiste product te versturen, omdat mijn schoonmoeder van 94 jaar bij dit licht haar boek leest. Zij moet tot op heden haar "Leesgenot" missen, want ondanks de toezegging heb ik na vijf dagen nog steeds niets ontvangen. Slechte service dus!
Ordered an 80W halogen rod light here, but received a 500W one instead. I had contact with Edwin by telephone about this and insisted that I still send the correct product, because my 94-year-old mother-in-law reads her book under this light. Until now she has to miss her "Reading Pleasure", because despite the promise I still haven't received anything after five days. So bad service!
