Founded in 2011, Expat Help is a full-service relocation company with offices located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. A second office was opened in the 1st quarter of 2019 in London, UK.

First of all, we are expats ourselves! Our team of highly knowledgeable and professional staff draw upon their own unique experiences of relocation that help avoid pitfalls and smooth the relocation process for clients. We have “been there - done that” and know exactly what it feels like to move home countries. What are the unique ingredients of the Expat Help Team? A passion for helping others settle into an area we love ourselves and true empathy for the individual and their families on the relocation journey.

Our team is small enough to be flexible and customize each relocation package yet large enough to handle the biggest assignments. We are unique in that we do everything in-house! From immigration applications, to school and home searches, we do not outsource to third parties. This allows us to maintain our high-quality service levels and also be flexible with the delivery. There will always be only one point of contact within Expat Help for both the corporate contact as well as the relocating employee eliminating confusion and frustration. A smooth transition and settling into life in a new country with ease is our highest priority. We know the differences in cultures, the tips and tricks, the best bicycle shops and routes and all the little nuances that make not just the employee, but the partner and children feel welcome and at home. We do exactly what our name suggests – HELP!

We may be small but we are mighty! All of our staff are cross-trained and cross functional sharing the same goals of excellent customer service delivery. We recently completed the contract to relocate almost 800 European Medicines Agency (EMA) staff members and their families from London, UK to The Netherlands. Our team worked tirelessly together and have successfully relocated and found homes and schools for over 700 EMA staff members and their families throughout the Netherlands. All this while never losing our passion for excellence or comprising quality service delivery. Throughout the year we have received scores of 8 out of 10 or greater on customer satisfaction surveys. We accomplish this by treating each relocation as an individual with individual needs and interests. No matter how large the project, we never lose sight of what is important - making sure each individual hits the ground running both at home and at work!
