Omdat zijn professionaliteit en prettige omgang ons toen al positief opvielen, hebben we hem gevraagd als verkoopmakelaar bij de verkoop van ons appartement. Goede service, vriendelijke en goed bereikbare medewerkers en een mooi eindresultaat. Grote plus dat Joost Lavrijssen bij Recourt zowel is aangesloten als makelaar en als fotograaf.
 When purchasing our house in Amsterdam in 2015, Maurice Ensink acted for the seller. Because his professionalism and pleasant interaction were already positive to us at the time, we asked him to act as a sales broker for the sale of our apartment. Good service, friendly and easily accessible employees and a great end result. A big plus that Joost Lavrijssen is affiliated with Recourt both as a broker and as a photographer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude and unmannered group of people. They have no respect for people's time and efforts. If they set a time with you, they will not be there, even if you call to confirm 3 times. As a past tenant with them, they didn't hold their end of the contract and they don't give you money back and they don't fix anything. Beware they are scammers.

He’s honest, down to the earth, thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we would be totally comfortable and satisfied with the result (and process) of selling our appartement. And yes, he delivered! He did his research and was a great communicator throughout the whole process (for both seller and buyer). I highly recommend Joost and his fellow colleagues from Recourt!
