★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een vergissing van het personeel tijdens een bestelling werd er voorstel gedaan zodat ik niet nogmaals de hele winkel door hoefde, maar alleen af hoefde te rekenen bij de klantenservice.
Dat was zeer klantvriendelijk.
 After a mistake by the staff during an order, a proposal was made so that I did not have to go through the whole store again, but only had to pay with customer service.
That was very customer-friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn dat je je spullen gelijk kunt ophalen, maar bestelling moest nog bij elkaar worden gezocht en ik moest ze er op wijzen dat bestelling al 5 minuten klaar stond, terwijl niet veel te doen was :-(
Nice that you can pick up your stuff right away, but order still had to be collected and I had to point out that order was ready for 5 minutes, while there was not much to do :-(
