β β β β β Bij binnenkomst werd ik netjes en vriendelijk aangesproken. En ze hebben mij naar behoren geholpen. Bij het recht zetten van mijn zonnebril montuur. Ze hebben hem netjes gericht en ook meteen gepoetst. En het was nog gratis ook. ????
 Upon entering I was approached neatly and friendly. And they helped me properly. When straightening my sunglasses frame. They pointed it neatly and cleaned it immediately. And it was free too. ????

β β β β β Zeer professioneel en snel geholpen door de heer Vrolijk. Ik heb namelijk een bril aangeschaft en was niet helemaal tevreden qua scherpte en zien in het verkeer. Met zijn second opinion meting heeft dat tot een beter resultaat geleid. Hartelijk bedankt.
Very professional and quickly helped by Mr Vrolijk. I bought glasses and was not completely satisfied with regard to sharpness and vision in traffic. This has led to a better result with his second opinion measurement. Thank you.

β β β β β Slechte service. Heel onpersoonlijk. Ik stond voor de deur te wachten voor een nieuwe designer bril. De dame (middelbare leeftijd) die mij ontving had totaal geen interesse om mij te helpen. Ze praatte tegen een onbeschofte toon tegen me en toonde totaal geen bereidheid om te willen helpen. Ze gaf me enkel een bakje en moest maar een gil geven als ik hulp nodig had. Uit eindelijk de winkel verlaten en dan alsnog naroepen graag gedaan. Mevrouw heeft geen enkel initiatief getoond om me te helpen. Kortom waardeloze winkel. Uiteindelijk goed geholpen bij de concurrent. Waar ze wel de klant centraal zetten. Eye wish een dikke no go!!
Bad service. Very impersonal. I was waiting at the door for new designer glasses. The lady (middle age) who received me had no interest whatsoever in helping me. She spoke to me in a rude tone and showed no willingness to help at all. She just gave me a cup and only screamed when I needed help. Finally left the store and afterwards gladly done. Madam has not shown any initiative to help me. In short worthless shop. Ultimately well helped by the competitor. Where they put the customer first. Eye wish a big no go !!

β β β β β I walked in because I wanted to get my glasses repaired (broken hinge). The women at the counter was very friendly and to my amazement, repaired the glasses for free by replacing the screw with a new one. Great service for someone who is not even a paying customer!

Everything was up to me. No pressure, no suggestions. Gentlemen who was help me was calm and nice very professional even i was talking too much he was very nice. I'm happy.
