★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik werd geholpen door de aardige mevr. A. Gorres. Ze was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Heeft nieuwe brilveren aan mijn bril perfect gemonteerd.
 I was helped by the nice Mrs. A. Gorres. She was very helpful and friendly. Fitted new temples to my glasses perfectly.

De oogmeting ging goed en de dame in kwestie was vriendelijk en kundig, helaas werd deze ervaring teniet gedaan door de afhandeling van enkele andere medewerkers. Mijn zoektocht naar specifieke glazen duurde maar liefst 40 minuten lang, in die tijd werd ik niet geholpen, een medewerker verklaarde mijn wachttijd met een opmerking " ja dat moet ik even uitzoeken, maar daarvoor moet ik de leverancier bellen. uiteindelijk afgesproken om 3 dagen later terug gebeld te worden. Toen ook dit niet waar werd gemaakt, besloten om zelf maar te bellen. In eerste Instantie werd er gezegd dat het informeren bij de leverancier vergeten was, toen bleek er wél geïnformeerd en wat bleek? Pearle was niet in de mogelijkheid om de specifieke wensen te vervullen. Met een beetje meer oplettendheid in de winkel was me 3 dagen en 40 minuten wachten bespaard gebleven. Na deze wanprestatie door pearle ben ik verder gaan zoeken en heb ik de door mij gewenste bril via mister specs kunnen bestellen, inclusief de glazen in kleur op sterkte. Ik raad iedereen aan om een oogmeting te doen bij de dame in dit pearle filiaal en met deze gegevens een bril bij mister specs te bestellen, dat scheelt ook nog eens geld!

Finally agreed to 3 days later When this was not fulfilled either, we decided to call ourselves. Initially it was said that the information had been forgotten with the supplier, then it turned out that the information had been obtained and what turned out? Pearle was not able to to fulfill the specific wishes. With a little more vigilance in the store, I would have saved 3 days and 40 minutes of waiting. After this failure by pearle, I continued my search and I was able to order the glasses I wanted through mister specs, including the lenses in color prescription I advise everyone to do an eye test with the lady in this pearle branch and to order glasses at mister specs with this information And, that also saves money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom al jaren bij Pearle voor mijn bril en lenzen.Vind dat je netjes wordt geholpen.Laatst was er iets misgegaan met mijn lenzen pakket via de post.
De vloeistof had gelekt .Ik kon twee dagen later gratis een nieuw pakket ophalen in de winkel .top!
I have been coming to Pearle for my glasses and contact lenses for years.
The liquid had leaked .I was able to pick up a new package for free from the store two days later .top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rechteroog is goed, linkeroog is met nieuwe brillen wazig en geeft hoofdpijn. Misschien toch ergens anders een bril zoeken. Voorlopig gebruik ik mijn oude bril weer. Deze winkel staat te vol vind ik, daardoor is het rommelig en te smal voor de 1,5 meter epidemie. Mogelijk zijn besmettingen voor deze winkel minder belangrijk dan meer verkopen. Wel vriendelijke mensen.
Right eye is good, left eye is blurry with new glasses and gives headache. Maybe look elsewhere for glasses. For now, I'm using my old glasses again. I think this store is too full, that's why it's messy and too narrow for the 1,5 meter epidemic. Infections may be less important for this store than more sales. Very friendly people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time there! We spent a long time selecting pairs of glasses for my daughter first pairs. One of them existed in another colour. We asked the staff member if it was possible to order it in another colour. She said it was but that it would be easier to get it from another store. We left our details to be contacted back.
A few days later, because I didn't have any update, I called and the person over the phone after taking my details looked unsuccessfully in their papers, then asked me to describe with many details the staff member that we had seen. Sorry but I cannot describe someone with thorough details. She was extremely unapologetic and almost blamed me for not describing the staff member with enough details. What a waste of our time!!!
