★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben daar een jaar geleden paar keren geweest. Heb een traangoot behandeling gedaan en mijn lippen. Traangoot zit perfect wel bijgewerkt 3x lippen laten doen en was binnen een maand al weg 1 ml
 Been there a few times a year ago. Did a tear gutter treatment and my lips. The tear gutter is perfectly updated 3 times to have lips done and within 1 month it was gone 1 ml

Dr Jort geeft altijd eerlijk en deskundig advies en eerlijk waar; hij heeft magic hands? ik kom graag op deze locatie speciaal voor hem, de receptioniste op de maandagavond is erg vriendelijk!
What a Toppers at faceland Barendrecht! I am very happy with my dear doctor Dr. Jort Fekkes. Dr Jort always gives honest and expert advice and honest truth; he has magic hands? i like to come to this location especially for him, the receptionist on monday night is very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb 6-7 maanden geleden botox gehad. Ik heb het maar 1 maand kunnen gebruiken.Omdat ik niet genoeg Nederlands had, kon ik het niet ter verduidelijking doen.De dame aan de receptie was helemaal niet vriendelijk.
I had botox 6-7 months ago. I've only been able to use it for 1 month. Because I didn't have enough Dutch, I couldn't do it for clarification. The lady at the reception was not friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received the black Friday “pre” mailing for facecard holders and called on the same morning to make an appointment at Faceland Capelle with the Dr. mentioned in the mailing for the Russian Lipfiller method.
No appointment was possible in Capelle but I got “the last available” spot in Barendrecht for today 16:30 .
2 days ago, I receive another call from FL, that the Dr. mentioned in the mailing is not performing the offered treatment at all but would do a regular filler treatment for the same price.
Today I arrived at 16:25 in the street of FL Barendrecht but had to look for a parking spot as there was none available close by. 16:30 the clinic calls me to ask where I was. I explained that parking and on my way up into the building. The assistant discussed that with the Dr. and informed me at 16:32, that I could not do the treatment at all as it would not fit into the schedule any longer. If I wanted to reschedule?!
So: I drove 40 km for nothing and I will definitely not reschedule said treatment. I do not think that this is customer orientation and for sure not encouraging customers to recommend FL or come back to FL. If the lady would have checked, she would have noticed, that I am a rather new customer who spent quite an amount with FL between October and now.
