V	V. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab sowas noch nie erlebt, bin noch recht jung aber trotzdem ist das kein Grund belächelt zu werden. Wurde mit keiner meiner Beschwerden ernst genommen. Diagnostik wird gar nicht gemacht auch wenn man danach fragt und wenn dann muss man selbst ein normales Blutbild das jeder Arzt kostenfrei bei Beschwerden anbietet aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Have never experienced anything like this, I'm still quite young, but that's no reason to be laughed at. Was not taken seriously with any of my complaints. Diagnostics are not made at all, even if you ask for them, and if you do, then you have to pay for a normal blood picture that every doctor offers free of charge for complaints out of your own pocket.

Fr von 16-18 Uhr offen doch wenn man 17:30 vor der Tür steht macht keiner auf Einfach nur Dreck am liebsten 0 Sterne "We'll call you to share your results with you" In the meantime I've called 7 times and they don't give up. Open Friday from 4pm to 6pm, but if you stand in front of the door at 5.30pm, nobody opens Just dirt, preferably 0 stars

Dies wurde der armen hilflosen alten Frau verweigert!!! Somit können wir die Versorgung nicht übernehmen! Man wird belächelt und auf Wunsch den Arzt zu sprechen wird der Hörer einfach eingehängt! Sucht euch besser einen anderen Hausarzt !!!!!!!!! ? Outrageous staff at the reception ... we as the care service are only allowed to accept customers who can prove a negative Corona test. The poor helpless old woman was denied this !!! So we cannot take care of the supply! People smile at you and if you want to speak to the doctor, you just hang up the phone! Better look for another family doctor !!!!!!!!! ?
G	Gucci Pucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fühle mich hier gut aufgehoben! Auch wenn die Arzthelferinnen manchmal ein bisschen forsch sein können, gehe ich hier "gerne" zum Arzt :-) I feel in good hands here! Even if the medical assistants can be a little brisk sometimes, I "like" to go to the doctor here :-)

Ausserdem sind die Arzthelferinnen nicht bereit einem weiter Auskunft zu bieten, wo man denn aufgenommen werden kann. Das gespräch wird beendet mit: "tut mir leid, kann ich ihnen nicht helfen. Versuchen sie ihr Glück wo anders." Sehrt unprofessionell! I just called the family doctor's office. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to come by today as no more new patients are being admitted. In addition, the medical assistants are not ready to give you any further information about where you can be admitted. The conversation ends with: "I'm sorry, I can't help you. Try your luck somewhere else." Very unprofessional!
E	Elena Makaseeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetenz, unfreundliches Empfangspersonal, unregelmäßige Arbeitszeiten. Und das noch freundlich ausgedrückt. Der Arzt, ist schon mit einem Husten überfordert und ist für nichts zuständig. Die Arzthelferin am Empfang, ist auch ein Teufel den man noch finden müsste! Gerade in der Corona Pandemie, wünscht man sich jemand, auf dem Verlass ist. Aber nicht bei dieser Praxis, hier ist das ein Fremdwort. Incompetence, unfriendly receptionists, irregular working hours. And to put it in a friendly way. The doctor is overwhelmed with a cough and is not responsible for anything. The doctor's assistant at the reception is also a devil to be found! Especially in the corona pandemic, you want someone you can rely on. But not in this practice, it is a foreign word here.
a	alfons gierhold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit Jahren bei Herrn Naroska als Patient, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Einen Termin bekommt man immer kurzfristig und es gibt so gut wie keine Wartezeit. Fachlich bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit Herrn Naroska, so weit ich das als Krankenpfleger beurteilen kann, mir wurde stets adäquat und zügig geholfen. Mit den Arzthelferinnen habe ich noch nie Probleme gehabt, die Betreuung war immer nett und freundlich. I have been a patient of Mr. Naroska for years and I am very satisfied. You can always get an appointment at short notice and there is almost no waiting time. Technically, I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Naroska, as far as I can judge as a nurse, I was always helped adequately and quickly. I have never had any problems with the medical assistants, the support was always nice and friendly.

I had severe health issue and never thought I would have to return from there just because I can't speak fluent German. I have never faced this behavior in any other place/shop where they found that I am trying to speak in German. Here, I tried my best to talk and communicate with my problem, but the receptionist put her "conservative nationalism" rather than helping me. Better to go somewhere else which can be near city center.
