★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Kommunikation. Wenn Wartezeiten bzw hohe Nachfrage bedeutet, dass Mitarbeiter dreist werden können, ist das sehr fragwürdig! Monatelang auf Hilfe zu warten und dann noch dreist zu werden, ist das verstörend.
Bad communication. If waiting times or high demand means that employees can get bold, that is very questionable! Waiting for help for months and then getting bold is disturbing.
