Im Gespräch inklusive gab es eine laienhafte Rechtsberatung mit fragwürdigen juristischen Kenntnissen so wie fantasievolle Geschichten des Verkäufers. Zitat hierzu „Die Bundesregierung HÖCHSTPERSÖNLICH war hier im Laden und hat den Verkauf verboten.“ Weiterhin erklärte der Verkäufer stolz, dass man eine Grauzone nutze, um eine eventuelle Haftbarkeit zu vermeiden, indem man offiziell sage, man verkaufe die gebrauchten eBikes ohne Akku und Ladegerät, obwohl man diesen dann später beilegen würden. One of the most unprofessional and dubious sales pitches I've ever had. The conversation included amateur legal advice with questionable legal knowledge as well as imaginative stories from the seller. Quote on this "The Federal Government HIGHLY PERSONAL was here in the shop and has banned the sale." Furthermore, the seller proudly stated that a gray area is being used to avoid possible liability by officially saying that you are selling the used eBikes without a battery and charger, although these would then be enclosed later.
D	Detlef Ames on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen. 2E- Bikes mit Brose Motor abgegeben. Beide Accus funktionierten nicht mehr. Angeblich wurden Sie zur Überprüfung eingeschickt. Es dauerte 3 Wochen, dann wurde uns gesagt, die Accus sind nicht mehr reparabel sind verschmolzen. wodurch konnte uns keiner sagen. und das nach ca. 3000km. 2,5Jahre alte Räder. Mann wollte uns ein Angebot für neue Accus Schreiben. Haben wir abgelehnt. Dazu kam noch das meine Fahrradkette ausgeleiert sein sollte , wurde gemessen. Bei der Elektronischen Schaltug sollte der Elektronikgeber defekt sein. Nach ca. 4Wochen Räder abgeholt. Es wurde nichts gemacht. Ein sehr unfreundlicher Chef. Mein Eindruck sehr überfordert. Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Fahrräder dann zum Hersteller gebracht . In 2Tagen war alles repariert. Accus waren oxidiert. ein Pol war abgebrochen, Kette wurde nachgespannt, Schaltung wurde nachjustiert. Alles Perfekt. Räder laufen wie immer. Von der Firma sind wir sehr enttäuscht und werden Sie nicht weiterempfehlen. Einmal und nie wieder!!! Not recommendable. 2E bikes with Brose motor handed over. Was nicht passt wird passend gemacht ? Immer wieder gerne ? ? ? Great advice, very nice and competent. I can only recommend it, the time is taken here to really get a suitable bike. Freitag Nachmittag mit einem Defekt an der Bremshydraulik angefragt, Samstag Mittag war alles repariert und das zu einem fairen Preis. Man muss sich also nicht wundern, wenn man etwas warten muss, bei diesem Service kommen eben Kunden. Also a good address for people passing through with defective bicycles. On Friday afternoon I inquired about a defect in the brake hydraulics, on Saturday noon everything was repaired and at a fair price. So you don't have to be surprised if you have to wait a bit, customers come with this service.

Alles lief immer zuverlässig und problemlos ab. Auch eine spontane Reservierung des Fahrrads war immer möglich. Nun nutzen wir weiterhin regelmäßig den Verleih des Tandems, was für eine großartige neue Aktivität ist!!! I can only warmly recommend Roll-tech Reineke!
