Ich arbeite seit 3 Jahren mit Fairflat Kleve zusammen (mit 4 Wgs), hier kümmert sich die Hausverwaltung einfach um alles, Neuvermietung übergaben usw. Auch kümmert sich Fairflat Kleve darum Mieten anzupassen (nach oben und nach unten so wie es der Markt hergibt), bis dato noch nicht einen Tag Leerstand !
Mr Belluardo, the owner of the property management is always available and extremely reliable. I have been working with Fairflat Kleve for 3 years (with 4 flat shares), the property management takes care of everything, new lettings, etc. Fairflat Kleve also takes care of adjusting rents (up and down as the market allows), not yet vacant for a day!

They helped me find a cozy shared appartment in Kleve after I was misled by my previous landlord regarding my actual net payable rent. Fairflal kleve also counselled me to get back my deposit from my previous landlord who had refused to return it citing absurd reasons. They are easily reachable and very friendly. They made rest of my stay in Kleve uncomplicated and stress-free.
