M	Martijn Vissers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ received an invoice for medical treatments that have not taken place. after inquiry no response only a new reminder invoice. if you want to call to discuss you have to pay extreem amounts for the phonecall even though its about an invoice that is not correct. completely unacceptable...

They know how ti charge you but you are not allowed to get any info . Everything is written in DUTCH ... no English .he only thing you can understand is the sum they want ... EUROS , right ? I have never seen a company I cannot contact !! Shame on YOU!
R	Right Freedom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must pay the phone call to get in contact with a company that itself ensure firms to get their money back. Basically they found a way to make money out of debitors. I'd like also to bring to everybody's attention how this type of companies exists as a way to get rid of all the customer's issue that would had arise if the company who charged the bill had to deal on its own. Basically in this type of system you are not only a debitor, but you have very few rights to defend yourself (assuming that you can get a lawyer).
p	pillar flames on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most companies forget late fees when bills are finally paid. Famed did not do this and even hired an Incasso called Bosweld Amersfort to begin issuing 3 court summons for amounts of e40 one year after the bills were paid , almost resulting in 3 court summons for the amount of e120. They have the right to do this, but I will not use the dentist Mondzorg on Postjesweg Amsterdam who hired them, so they lose their business from me in the future. i will go out of my way to use a dentist that does not use Famed for billing. They can follow the law in this way if they like but losing business will be the result Famed has a 1.3 star rating and I have gien one star. To my mind a small minded petty greedy little company . Avoid them at all cost .

I called them asking why I did I receive a bill with a fine, they said that send me 4 times to my house a bill letter. I replied back stating that I just recieved one bill from them and the person on the phone didn’t even let me to finish what I wanted to say but she raised her voice and starts cutting me off. This company are really big scammers. They don’t send any bill letter to your home address but what they do is that they just send a bill with a fine. I would advice everyone to stay away from this company as they are not to be trusted at all. Not to trusted at all! Nor they are friendly to their clients but actually really rude and impolite!
K	Kate Piotrowska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst company ever. I feel like i have been scammed. i only received a fine for not paying my invoice, which kept increasing 3 times even though i had paid it by then. i asked for a proper invoice of two payments, but no one replies. this should be illegal.
