D	Diana Gonçalves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watched by 3 different doctors 1st consulting Google, 2nd diagnosis one thing that I had always and I know this new thing is different the last one diagnosed another thing. Instead blood test to search and actually diagnosed correctly they just prescribed a cream no to treat the problem they thought they figured it out. Conclusion: waste of money and time.

I was badly sick and because of that I was 5 minutes late and he spent half of the time talking anout since you were late, I could cancel your time. Beside that, his diagnosis was compeletly wrong which caused my sickness took more than expected.

The stuff not so professional, even when I made appointment they don’t even ask reason n so hurry to hanged up the phone.the docter was just on the telephone in the middle of our conversation ( long convo) without even said excuse or anything. We really felt not respected at all as clients. Not recommended

They ask me the phone and they update in the system my new one. After 8 hour of waiting, I called they back and they say to me that they had the wrong number and they have to fix another appintment for me. Unfortunately is not the first time that I get this kind of situation by this clinic. In the last years they get even worst. I can understand some mistake, but always give guilty to the patient for this things is really unpleasant. I will change as soon as possible clinic...
A	Alycia van Evert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning! Beware! Worst experience with a huisarts ever. This practice is terrible. If you want actual medical services and care, do not use these guys. First, the doctor that I was seeing at this office for 5 years left the group. They did not tell me he was gone and when I showed up for my appointment, some part time temporary fill-in person saw me. He sent me off to the hospital to get an x-ray- but told them the incorrect body part to photograph and inspect. Then he sent me to a pharmacy for a specialized brace, without documents or a treatment plan, and this pharmacy doesn't even provide that service or product. The grumpy lady that works as patient contact/receptionist is anything but helpful. She is rude, doesn't listen or document what you are saying and has a terrible attitude. The main doctor in this practice is dreadfully unpleasant and doesn't hide his dislike for people of my kind. I cannot believe the lack of medical care provided by this doctor's office. If they are they gatekeeper for all medical services, shouldn't they be providing either treatment or a referral? I received nothing, no treatment, no treatment plan and no referral to another doctor! Yet they still get paid. I would have been better off going to the emergency room!
M	Masoud Zabeti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good doctor here was Doctor Farahani who has left this practice. The rest have lack of companionate and sensibility. I have called them since two days ago to report my complaints about my throat pain and to make an appointment. I have had a bad throat pain for 10 days with terrible coughs that has not allowed me to sleep at night. This is my typical problem that I have had in the past, and they have it in their records. First, they told me to take a pcr test and without that the doctor would not see me. Ok I understood. I took a pcr test, which I could get an appointment for after two days. The results were delayed. So, I called them asking to a have a tele consultation with a doctor. He could have seen my medical report and could have prescribed me with the same medicine. But instead, they said they cannot give me medicine without seeing me and for that they need my pcr test. So, I waited for another day and finally my negative test was revealed to me. I called them at 3:30 pm, the doctor was gone. The secretary said tomorrow the doctor will call me for a telephone consultation. I was surprised how two days ago they could not give me medicine without seeing me and suddenly they can!!! Don’t go to this practice
A	Alireza Vaseghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not cooperative & kind with their patients specially secretaries. they have old fashioned appointment system that can not send the confirmation via e-mailing or SMS. So, there is possibility to forget or make mistake of your appointment. I was there for my appointment to have a vitamin D injection. they refused to help me to do it one day earlier. Although, I explained them that my home is not nearby however they refused to do that, even my GP.. Pity... they suppose to be kind with people and try to help them as much as they can (The Hippocratic Oath, Greek text)
