terribly uneducated and rude doctors, did not receive proper medical care, instead had to school them and there was no time left every time to discuss my needs. furthermore, when i attempted to discuss my dissatisfaction storm-de graeve started denying me medical care altogether and forced me to find a different doctor by putting me on a list of unwanted callers, so i had to call anonymously to not go into withdrawal from not receiving my medications on time... told the assistant i was making recordings and would sue storm-de graeve, then and only then did i receive my medications; storm-de graeve committed a crime by messing with my file and not giving me the assurance of being able to receive medical care in times of covid, when it is difficult to find another doctor even without suffering from a burn out.

Extremely rude assistant over the phone. I registered twice, first in person, and then online. 4 months forward, I need to see my GP, only to find out both my registration (did it twice) and that of my partner did not go through. Obviously I found that out only when my health was bad and I needed help. When I complained with the assistance (without being at any time rude, but definitely firm and upset) and asked to be confirmed by email that my registration went though, she hanged the phone on me. Went in person to the clinic, where she apologised for being rude, and asked me to submit my application again, only for me to find out 3 days later (when I called back to finally book an appointment with my GP, while allowing the 3 business days to pass for my registration to take place, as asked by the assistant) that I am not welcomed there anymore, and being hanged up over the phone again. They had me waiting in vain, three times, while my health is bad. Hanged the phone on my twice. Were rude. This is unacceptable. I am escalating this bad practice to the geemente.

I have received the worst care and response from a doctor I have ever received in my life from this place, from Dr. Nellenstijn. She should not be a doctor if she cannot listen to her patients. She told me I didn't need a blood test (even though I was recommended to get one from a specialist) and made several other assumptions and rude comments to me (about stress, about getting pregnant and several other things). I honestly feel as though I have been emotionally abused by her. She also told me I did the insurance wrong and now I would have to pay for the 5 -minute phone call she yelled at me during. I am going to a new Huisarts and GP immediately.

I was coughing, I wanted the doctor to listen to my lungs, they said to make an x-ray, it turned out that it was not needed. Also I waited a long time for visit they cancel in the last time without even sorry. During the visit the doctor was rude. She talk 10 minutes by phone with her friend and when I have some questions she said that she don't have time. In reception also not better at all. Thay are sometimes rude, is difficult to call, they have problem to send prescription to pharmacy or hospital.

Well have a godd experience there. It may take time to have an appointment sometimes or to reach the assistant. But the doctors have always been very competent and friendly with me.

I would not take this GP/Doctor. They mess up everything. From forgeting to send out recepies to sending them to a whole different pharmacy. These are medications i take every day. I have never been forgotten nor have i ever seen any mistakes at other GP practices. Its like they dont care about anything because they make ebough money. Besides that the way the ladies at the reception treat the patients that are trying to make an appointment is not normal. I would call it arrogant and not service friendly. On top of that they are offline at lunchtime, no appointments made trough email. this is 2021 not 1975 i would give no stars if i could.
