S	Sevgi Guzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontevreden slecht kwaliteit en totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Ze had een verkeerde kleur gekozen maar wou dit niet bewijzen en toegeven. En ik dit aangaf kreeg ik een boze eigenaar dat het aan mij lag en ik moest betalen voor nieuwe. Omdat ze er tijd in hadden gestoken maar ik kon niet eens aangeven dat het de verkeerde kleur was niks werd geaccepteerd. Ook mijn teennagels werd niet netjes gekleurd overal zat het er naast voor mij nooit meer Dissatisfied poor quality and not at all friendly. She had chosen the wrong color but did not want to prove and admit this. And I indicated this I got an angry owner that it was up to me and I had to pay for new ones. Because they had put time in it but I could not even indicate that it was the wrong color, nothing was accepted. My toenails were also not nicely colored everywhere it was wrong for me never again

Nadat ze de eerste keer in mn nagelriem had geknipt en het overduidelijk bloede leek ze niet te begrijpen wat daar het probleem mee was en ging ze even hardhandig verder. Ook is de nagellak erg dik en niet erg netjes aangebracht. Het kan zijn dat ik net pech heb gehad maar mijn moeder die door iemand anders geholpen werd had dezelfde ervaring. Ik zou hier niet nog een keer naartoe gaan. Very unfriendly and heavy handed. I had a gel manicure and ended up with two bleeding and sore fingers. After she had cut my cuticle for the first time and the blood was obvious, she didn't seem to understand what the problem was and she went on roughly. The nail polish is also very thick and not very neatly applied. I may just have had bad luck but my mother who was helped by someone else had the same experience. I wouldn't go here again.

Als je vervolgens een twee de afspraak probeert te maken bij dezelfde dame wimpelen ze je af, zeggen je niet te begrijpen en neemt ze geen nieuwe klanten meer aan! Je mag bij een collega!! Laat ze nou net tegen mij verteld hebben dat goed personeel niet te krijgen is!! Tijdens de behandeling ook iemand horen klagen over een heel nagelbed wat er af geveild werd! Je snapt ik wilde bij niemand anders! Met andere woorden! De eerste keer is perfect en daarna mag je mag je niet aangeven door wie je geholpen wilt worden! Erger nog,.. ze doen ineens alsof ze je niet begrijpen!! If you come as a new customer, the owners will put your nails perfectly! Super beautiful! If you then try to make an appointment with the same lady, they turn you down, say they don't understand you and she doesn't take on new customers! You can stay with a colleague!! Let them have just told me that good staff is not available!! During the treatment also heard someone complain about a whole nail bed that was auctioned off! B	Banger Stacker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loop je naar binnen met een vraag wordt je daarna als hond behandeld. Niet eens een 1 waardig eigenlijk en klantvriendelijkeid is ver te zoeken. BAH ! If you walk in with a question, you will be treated like a dog afterwards. Not even worthy of a 1 actually and customer-friendly is hard to find. BAH!
