★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I have purchased jewellery several times from Fashionology and we have been very happy with the products each time! We looked at numerous online jewellery stores but no other store had as good quality and affordability as FashionologyI. I always looked for elegant and minimal pieces, which I can wear on a night out or at the office, and I was able to find them on Fashionology!
In addition, their customer service is excellent. Recently, I ordered the wrong lock size for my sister’s bracelet and I was able to notify the customer service before my order was shipped. Renee, from customer service, was very helpful and responded to my emails immediately.
I am overall super happy with my shopping experiences and would 100% recommend Fashionology!

Their product quality can’t be beaten and their eco PVC packaging and printed cotton zip bags make the products feel even more special! The customer service can’t be beaten - always get speedy and friendly replies and they even replaced an earring I lost once for free! Fashionology will always be my go to for myself and gifts, thanks for the great service and gorgeous products!

I like the fact that there is a permanent collection but also new products added regularly. The shipping is always free and super fast. The customer service is amazing: they are super fast to answer any request and always very friendly. The quality is also great: I wear my earrings and necklaces every day, I even shower and sleep with them. Only one of the many earrings I bought recently broke but I received a new one to replace it. The free engraving option is also really cool! All in all, the perfect shop to buy presents for yourself and your loved ones. Fashionology never disappoints <3

A couple of years ago they replaced an earring that I had broken for free, and recently Renee replaced one that I had lost, even though that style had been discontinued!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought beautiful twisted Golden hoops from Fashionology. They were classy but because of the twist also edgy at the same and I just loved them! Sadly a year later, I lost one of the earrings so I could not wear them anymore. I decided to contact them and aks if they perhaps still had a left over hoop. They were super helpful and immediately started searching and by miracle they had one twisted Golden hoop left! Now this earring is on my way (for free!!!) and I can wear this beautiful pair of earrings again. I Couldn't be happier!
