★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged 4.5 euro for a sample wedding invitation printed on regular paper. He got the image & text upside down... You would expect that they know how to print a leaflet. Plus he complained because we made him do a lot of work :) Enjoy your 4.5 pal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the worst print shop I've ever been in. Terrible service. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff who were unequiped to run some of the appliances. We had to do most of the binding work ourselves (they made several mistakes, and we had to re-do them).
The calculation had to be done by three different workers because none of them figured out how to correctly use a calculator.
I won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not understand why there are so much bad reviews. This is great store/service. And all their cost are properly mentioned on their website.
As per today. The rates were .75 euro for start up cost/service fee and b/w print a4 page is .1 euro.
Service fee .75 is if you do everything yourself (selfservice). If you prefer their help the service fee is little higher.
I paid using my card for the payment of 1.05 ( 0.75 + (0.1 * 3) ) euro. I printed 3 b/w a4 pages.
I would suggest to gather few documents and come for print there because the service fee is fixed irrespective of if you print 1 page or 10 pages or 100 pages.
And in the Utrecht branch they have 3 self service computer attached to the printer. You can take pendrive with you with documents in it you can print using that. They have office installed as well to be able to open doc files as well. I took pdf because was not sure if office will be installed or not. Although I havent used internet I think you are allowed to use internet to print documents from clouds as well.
Overall I feel like the other reviews does not do justice to the store somehow. Nothing is hidden if you go through there website the whole process is mentioned in there and prices as well.
Hope this review will help people make decision. At least I will suggest you to try the store before you decide not to go to this store because of the bad reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend it! The staffs are not super helpful (excepted for the black super kind guy). The shop could not pin my one-page print (€0,10 + €0,75 just to use the computer). I had to go to a ATM, when I finally get some coins and printed what I needed, they didn't have change for €1,00!! Which shopping in the Netherlands does not pin?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to print black and white paper for my RNA. It is a self service, quick, computer was fast and the guy (dark skin guy) were friendly.
Was anxious before I went there coz all the bad review but so far was smooth (euro 1.05 for 3 b/w paper including use of computer)

I used the self service computer also ?
Other options is to send to their email and they print it for 1.50 euros.
Needless to say that it’s not okay and you can find better shops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was self-service and I paid 0.85€ for 1 B&W print A4 paper. I am happy with self-service, but one print shouldn't cost all that, especially if I had all the work lol.
I don't recommend it to anyone just because of the ridiculous pricing.
