★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is de meest onbeschofte zaak in Nederland die ik ken. De meeste vrouwen haten deze zaak in Utrecht . Omdat ze nemen geen verantwoording voor hun slechte producten die ze verkopen. De klant moet het zelf maar oplossen als er iets fout gaat. Het personeel is verschrikkelijke en onbeschoft en de winkel is ook nooit op tijd open. Allen als het niet anders kan stap ik bij hun binnen anders nooit.
It is the most rude thing in the Netherlands that I know of. Most women hate this case in Utrecht. Because they take no responsibility for their bad products that they sell. The customer must solve it himself if something goes wrong. The staff is horrible and rude and the store is also never open on time. All if there is no other way, I will never step in with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zij houden zich niet aan de openingsgstijden die zij opgeven. Ik was er ruim op tijd maar half uur later is er nog steeds niemand.
They do not adhere to the opening hours that they specify. I was there in plenty of time, but half an hour later there is still nobody there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OH MY DAYS!!!!!? any1 with African hair or not should just go there.. for me they are like the lords of hair (until i find someone else who outdoes them) You will find probably not everything but most of everything you'll be looking for in terms of hair accessories and oils etc and somethings u didn't even knew existed lol
