β β β β β Ze hebben mijn pakket aan iemand anders gegeven. en ze nemen geen verantwoordelijkheid. en waarom werd de naam M.KAIKA aan deze persoon gegeven? Ik ken deze persoon niet en er is geen adres dat ik op enigerlei wijze kan bereiken.
They gave my package to someone else. and they take no responsibility. and why was the name M.KAIKA given to this person? I do not know this person and there is no address I can reach in any way.

β β β β β Ik wachtte die dag op mijn pakket, mijn pakket werd op een ander adres afgeleverd. en ik belde om te zien waar mijn pakket is. Het antwoord was dat uw pakket is teruggestuurd, maar mijn pakket is niet teruggestuurd. De naam van de persoon die de levering ontvangt is M. KAΔ°KA en ik ken deze persoon niet. Deze persoon heeft geen adres of telefoonnummer. Mijn pakket is eer niet en ze weeten ook niet! . Ik belde en zei dat ik met de managers wilde praten, de manager wilde niet praten.
het is de eerste keer dat ik zoiets heb meegemaakt.

β β β β β Yesterday I stayed home all day waiting for a delivery. No one rang my doorbell and I received no calls but at some point I received an email saying that my package had been delivered to someone called "SANNE". I know no one with that name. There wasnt any note in my mailbox with details about how to contact this person at all. The "proof of delivery" that I found online contained no such information either: no phone, no address, no ID, nothing at all (I dont even know if this person even exists). I called the company and the assistant just insisted that the package had been delivered and hanged up on me after being profoundly rude and unhelpful. What am I supposed to do with the fact that you delivered my package to some random person I have no way to contact, instead than to me, when I was home all day expecting the delivery? The package itself contains important medicines under prescription that I need urgently, so this situation is particularly distressing. Since then, I've been trying to contact the company again for an explanation or a solution with no results.
