β β β β β fedex was supposed to deliver a package in mid July, it did not happen. let me tell you the story. Since mid July, I have only received one note stating that they could not find me at home. When I called the customer service (the Dutch online customer service was very helpful btw), I learned that Oude Meer delivery location claimed that they have tried to deliver the package to me 7 times, and apparently "decided" that the address was incorrect. First of all, they have not left a note about "when" they will come by again so am I supposed to wait at home all day? Second, if the address was incorrect as they claim now, how did they leave that only note in my postbox with my name on - just with the tracking number which does not give me any clue about the next steps. The online customer service kindly asked me to pick up my parcel from Oude Meer now, as the Oude Meer delivery location folks stated they won't try it again as they have already tried 7 times. Thanks really, great help!!! One suggestion: Next time, leave a note whenever you try and fail to deliver and let the customer know when to expect you.

β β β β β Package tracking says "delivered with signature", it was not delivered. I was not even home at the time! Now the phone number is not working, I get redirected to the Belgian support in French. Useless.

β β β β β Horrible service and more than 1 week delay (EXPRESS SERVICE PAID).
The box was at the delivery van every morning, returning every afternoon to the office and nobody called us to explain why. I never received an email or a call explaining me what was happening. WHEN I FINALLY GOT someone to answer my calls, they told me the delivery guy noted that it was nobody at home... big lie! The adress they should deliver the box is a shop that it's open from 9.00h till 21.00h.
They lie, and they charge me minute by minute for the long phone call I had with the of course because they didn't call me that's why I had to do it.

β β β β β Delivery guy just didn't find it appropriate to deliver the package. Yesterday he didn't find the address. Today he just didn't enter the building. One more time and you lose a customer for many years. Super inappropriate service, especially when you deal with customers.

β β β β β Delivery person did not wait 60 seconds for me to reach the intercom. Now I have to wait another 24hs for next delivery attempt. I need my document today. I paid 130 USD for the delivery, the least I expect is either give me 1 minute to open the door or let me go pick it up myself. Apparently none of these are options.

β β β β β I was at home , delivery was signed off as not present at location, and brought back to warehouse called customer service and they said they contact delivery to return and deliver parcel. ...... guess what NOPE ... paying a lot of money for the delivery
