β β β β β Zwembad is te klein, ze zijn te streng. En vrij zwemmen kan vaak niet in het grote bad. Kinderen zonder diploma mogen niet in het grote bad onder begeleiding met ouders om te oefenen Vandaar dat wij gaan zwemmen in de Berkel in Horst. Personeel in Horst veel vriendelijker er mag meer ze zijn daar wel behulpzaam en zoeken samen naar een oplossing.
 Swimming pool is too small, they are too strict. And free swimming is often not possible in the large pool. Children without a diploma are not allowed to practice in the large bath under supervision with parents. That is why we go swimming in the Berkel in Horst. Staff in Horst much friendlier, they may be more helpful there and look for a solution together.

Maar... wat zou het fijn geweest zijn als de douches en kleedhokjes opgeknapt waren in al deze maanden?

Waar alle andere zwembaden in de omgeving netjes online een reserveringssysteem hanteren gezien de coronamaatregelen was dit bij jullie niet het geval. Vandaar dat ik even heb gebeld om te vragen of we diezelfde middag nog terecht konden met onze jonge kindjes. "Ja hoor!" was het antwoord. "Geen probleem". Op de vraag of ik niet hoefde te reserveren was het antwoord "nee hoor, u kunt gewoon komen zwemmen". Wij de kindjes verrast met de mededeling dat we spontaan zouden gaan zwemmen en alle spullen gepakt. Helaas bij aankomst (15 min. na openingstijd) waren wij al het 5e gezin wat werd weggestuurd omdat het 'vol' was. En dit in de herfstvakantie. Kinderen in tranen en teleurgesteld naar huis. Wat een wanbeleid...

β β β β β Omdat in deze lastige Corona tijd op geen enkele wijze rekening wordt gehouden met de betalingen van de zwemlessen cq ex proefzwemmen en proef examen. Al vanaf okt kregen we bericht dat kleinzoon mocht gaan voorbereiden op ex B. Data vastgelegd en het moest eind nov gebeuren. Tot zwembad dicht begin nov. Toen weer open toen weer dicht en exB werd eind dec. Weer betalen voor de lessen tot examen. Zwembad weer dicht maar nov en dec wel betaald. Nu mag hij eind april op. MAAR moet blijven betalen voor zwemlessen anders mag hij niet op examen. Hoe gek is dat. Als ik een maand voor het auto examen stop met lessen mag ik toch op examen want ik heb betaald. Mijn risico als ik zak. Maar bij laco niet. Dit is ouders voor het blok zetten. Dus snel stoppen en iig geen C
