 Nice shop, nice cupboard and bought some nice deco stuff. Well helped and neatly delivered. Nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tot met nu geen positieve ervaring met deze bedrijf. Van dag een dat ik mijn goederen ontvangst begint de ellende.
Goederen geleverde met schade (fout – slecht gebouwd…etc. hoe dat jij het noemt) meteen melding gemaakt.
Nu het is meer dan 6 maand geen reactie over mijn klacht, altijd lege beloftes over hoe snel gaan ze oplossen of terugkoppelen. Bah. Bah …Nooit meer!!!
Until now no positive experience with this company. The trouble starts from day one when I receive my goods.
Goods delivered with damage (faulty - badly built… etc. Whatever you call it) are reported immediately.
Now it has been more than 6 months no response to my complaint, always empty promises about how quickly they will resolve or feedback. Bah. Bah… Never again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkeerde bank geleverd gekregen, direct gemeld bij de bezorgers en zelfs die liegen dat het barst. Dat maken ze wel in orde wisten ze ons te vertellen! Niemand Thuis bij de Verouden groep. Let op dit heet in de toekomst Stoelenconcurrent ! Opletten of ontwijken deze oplichters!
Wrong sofa delivered, immediately reported to the delivery guys and even they lie that it is bursting. They'll fix that, they told us! Nobody At Home with the Verouden group. Please note this will be called Chair Competitor in the future! Watch out or avoid these scammers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought from Feelings a variety of furniture. Unfortunately the delivery times they gave me in the beginning were completely different than the final ones. They were changing the delivery of furniture without notifying me. I had to call them multiple times to ask about delivery dates because they never called me back. Even if they said so.
