Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage, wann mit der Lieferung zu rechnen ist (per Mail und über das Kundenkonto auf der Homepage des Anbieters) wurde nie geantwortet. Und das nach knapp zwei Wochen, wo keinerlei Reaktion folge! Auch meine Stornierung, welche ja bei diesem Kundenumgang unausweichlich folgen musste, reagierte der Verkäufer nicht. Letztlich konnte nur über Paypal mit dem Käuferschutz durch die Auslösung eines Konfliktes das Geld zurückgefordert werden. Wer hier kaufen möchte sollte gewarnt sein: Für die heutige Zeit ein katastrophales Geschäftsmodell, ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie diese Firma noch existiert... Kauft eure Sachen lieber woanders, ihr erspart euch viel Ärger und Zeit sowie Aufwand, um an euer Geld zu kommen. Es gibt genug Anbieter, die kundenfreundlich und verlässlich sind, aber dieser Laden hier ist wirklich das Letzte! Disastrous shopping pleasure Three Lemax buildings were ordered here for the run-up to Christmas. Despite repeated inquiries as to when the delivery can be expected (by email and via the customer account on the provider's homepage), there was never an answer. And that after almost two weeks, where there was no reaction! Even my cancellation, which inevitably had to follow when dealing with this customer, was not responded to by the seller. Ultimately, the money could only be reclaimed via PayPal with buyer protection by triggering a conflict. Whoever wants to buy here should be warned: A catastrophic business model for today's world, I cannot understand how this company still exists ... Better to buy your things elsewhere, you will save yourself a lot of trouble, time and effort to get your money. There are enough vendors out there who are customer-friendly and reliable, but this one really is the last!
E	En Name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG Betrüger! Bestellung Ende November. Ich wartete 4 Wochen, ohne dass auf meine zwischenzeitlichen Nachfragen eine Reaktion kam. Dann stornierte ich - das wurde einfach ignoriert und eine Teilsendung versandt (ein Teil mit Defekt dabei). Ein Lemax Haus im Wert von über 50 Euro fehlt bis heute (Anfang Februar), obwohl es nach wie vor im Shop bestellbar und "auf Lager" ist. Angeblich sei eine Rückzahlung erfolgt, so die Aussage, nachdem ich einen Fall bei der Streitschlichtungsstelle eröffnete. Das ist aber gelogen, ich habe kein Geld zurück erhalten. BEWARE scammers! Order at the end of November. I waited 4 weeks without getting a response to my inquiries in the meantime. Then I canceled - this was simply ignored and a partial shipment was sent (a defective part was included). A Lemax house worth more than 50 euros is still missing today (beginning of February), although it can still be ordered in the shop and is "in stock". Allegedly, a refund was made, so the statement, after I opened a case with the arbitration board. But that's a lie, I didn't get any money back.

Na vriendelijk gesprek duidelijkheid gehad over nog ontbrekend product en daarom het wachten langer duurde. Meneer gaf zelf aan anders geld terug te storten van ontbrekend zodat alle andere producten zelfde dag nog deur uit konden, heb deze optie gekozen en is heel netjes afgehandeld! Heb geld terug gehad van ontbrekende poppetjes en resterende producten netjes afgeleverd gehad! After a long wait, I called to see what the status was with my order. After a friendly conversation, we had clarity about the missing product and therefore the wait took longer. The gentleman himself indicated that he would otherwise refund money from missing so that all other products could leave the same day, I chose this option and it was handled very neatly! Got money back from missing dolls and had remaining products neatly delivered!

Email reagierte nach zwei Wochen endlich das Unternehmen. Nach mehreren weiteren Emails erhielt eine Retourenschein. Ware zurückgeschickt und dann still ruht der See. Nach weiteren vier Emails kam als Reaktion Anfang Februar, sie würden neue Ware senden. Es sind nun über weitere 14 Tage vergangen und es ist geschickt worden! Wir übergeben das jetzt einem Rechtsanwalt! Extrem teuer und null Service! Nie wieder! Die anderen Holländer Oosterick z.B. sind billiger und haben einen ausgezeichneten Service. Worst customer service I've ever come across! We complained about defective goods at the end of December 22. After the 4th email, the company finally responded two weeks later. After several more emails received a return slip. Goods sent back and then the lake rests quietly. After another four emails, the response at the beginning of February was that they would send new goods. It has now been another 14 days and it has been sent! We're handing this over to a lawyer now! Extremely expensive and zero service! Never again! The other Dutch Oosterick, for example, are cheaper and have excellent service.

Rücksendung an angegebene Rücksendeadresse konnte nicht zugestellt werden und wurde wieder zurück gesendet. Keine Reaktion auf Mails, telefonische Kontaktaufnahme nicht möglich. Ich hoffe ich kann über Paypal etwas erreichen. FINGER WEG! Shipping took over 6 weeks and the goods arrived defective and therefore unusable. Return to the specified return address could not be delivered and was sent back. No response to emails, phone contact not possible. I hope I can get something through PayPal. HANDS OFF!

Modus operandi: they do not have items in stock (even when they say it) so they sell everything promising a deadline for shipping that most of the time they can not meet for whatever reason. Then they start sending you mails expecting you to be patient with no limits… if you don’t like it then they just give your money back… the very same money they got from you one, two, three months ahead… My big order was early October, after several non complied deadlines I found myself in December with no products while they have had my money for 2 months… whatever profit they did not handle back!!! Think again before buying at Felinaworld! Search for any other alternative!
