About Tempo Housing Limited
Tempohousing invents, designs, builds and delivers prefabricated homes and hotel rooms all over the world since 2004. The company head quarters is based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and we have offices in Scandinavia, Switzerland, Nigeria, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Ghana, South Africa and the Caribbean.
We work primarily for companies and governments and in some cases for individual home owners. Our company started with the shipping container based modular homes, that we developed in house. In the past years we have built and delivered over 2000 homes and hotel rooms to happy customers around the world. In the mean time we have expanded our range of products to other prefabricated systems based on steel frame, light weight concrete and timber frame. With this wide range of solutions we are able to service many different markets with exact the solutions that customers need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About the project of the German School in Panama, there are a lot of complaints related bad functioning of electrical fixtures, lights and that they haven't sent the electrical breakers for the air conditioners which were in the contract. The responses from Tempo Housing are really poor as they are willing to assume just a very small part of the damages and complaints, which do not represent even less that 1/8 of the repairing costs. We as customers are really disappointed, as we thought hiring a european firma like this will be better in terms of guarantee than any chinese firma.
