★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I managed break my Epiphone. Emailed Fern's guitars and our email exchanges were fast. Managed to book a repair in quickly and less than a week he emailed to his the repair was complete. I was very happy and the guitar sounds like it's new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferdinand is a very friendly guy and one of the few luthiers left in town. He did a fret level and setup on my American standard strat and he managed to drastically improve the playability. Communication was easy and he found time to do the work way ahead of schedule. I would definitely return if any of my guitars need work done.

I forgot to pick the belt that came with the guitar, when I came to pick it up after a setup, and I didn't have time to come pick it up in the days after. The proprietor was kind enough to drop it off at the place I work, instead, which happened to be on his route. Pretty great customer service, that.
